Manufacturing Facility
ATM Fabrication is certified up to BS EN 1090 execution class 3. We are situated on 2.5 acres of land, with a massive 3500 square meters of indoor space and an additional 4000 square meters of outdoor yard space. It also features large office and welfare facilities. Located in the bustling Haverhill industrial estate, it offers seamless transportation links to the M11 and is just 60 miles away from the heart of London city.
Steel Cutting
Our high-definition plasma has the ability to handle sheet sizes up to 4m x 2m and material thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 25mm via plasma cutting (20mm to 200mm via oxy-fuel cutting). With “Optohole” technology to optimise bolt holes and plasma etching for part marking. We also provide CAD drawing software, CAM nesting software, and an incredibly efficient extraction/filtration system.
Our band saw is capable of cutting 12m lengths and sections up to 600mm x 400mm, including angles up to 60°. For specific projects, we even have a dedicated secondary steel band saw.
Welding and Fabrication
ATM takes pride in its cutting-edge fleet of 400-amp MIG welder plants, an ironworker that can effortlessly cut, punch, and crop various section sizes, and a robust drill press. Our machining capabilities will soon reach new heights with the addition of automated drill lines and in-house manufacturing of cold-rolled sections.
Shot Blast & Spray Shop
ATM Fabrications have an in-house shot blast and spray-painting facilities. We are certified for the more complex paint systems, for example intumescent.
